All tickets are as displayed on this website and are limited per performance.
Admittance to the auditorium is permitted only with a valid ticket.
Booking fee applicable at £1 per booking.
For Health and Safety reasons and fire regulations, a seat must be purchased for
all children.
The management reserves the right to refuse the admission of a ticket holder to the
premises and to require any ticket holder to leave the premises
Any performance may change or be cancelled without prior notice. The Management will
offer an alternative performance or refund to the ticket holder in these circumstances.
The Theatre will not be liable in any way if an event or performance is abandoned
after half of the performance has taken place, due to any factors that are beyond
the Theatre’s control. This includes Acts of God, power failure and flooding.
All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre’s right to make any alterations to the
cast or arrangements, which are rendered necessary and are unavoidable.
Tickets are non-refundable but exchanges can be made for a performance of the same
production up to 48 hours before the performance. There is an administration charge
of £1.50 per ticket for this service.
Patrons should be aware that strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes
used in productions.
Every effort will be made by the Theatre to admit latecomers at a suitable break
in the performance but occasionally this will not be possible.
The management will refuse entry of ticket holders in possession of audio or video
recording equipment, cameras.
Mobile phones, pagers and watches must be silenced before entering the auditoria.
Patrons must ensure that all personal belongings are kept with them at all times
and the Theatre will not accept responsibility for loss of possessions on the premises.
